today is a super busy and tired day. only me and kelly in front servicing and baking the pastries. ray helping in the kitchen, ah jie and kelly absent, poh hoon still sick leave. hais. imagine only two of us, baking the pastries for the whole day til 9:30pm with 300+ of pastries!
